Nothing short of outstanding. My experience with the service department staff was stellar, they took the time to explain why things work the way that they do, made me feel very comfortable with my ultimate decision and best of all when the work was completed a service representative came to me (instead of calling me through an intercom) and thanked me for my patronage. Added bonus was my old salesman Tony walking up to greet me and remembering my name when I walked into the dealership.
Although I had to make 3 trips to the dealer to get the problem fixed I am well satisfied with their service and the care they give me. The problem was diagnosed on my first visit but a part had to be ordered. However, that part arrived damaged so it had to be reordered, necessitating a third trip. I am happy that they caught the damage and did not install a defective part on my vehicle. Plus their waiting area if comfortable and hospitable.
Needed help on my Chevy vehicle while on family vacation and they were very helpful, transparent and got us taken care of and back on the road. Great people!
Girls at the counter were very friendly and very accommodating the service time was about average for the work that was done on the car overall it was a very good experience
