Dylan Williams was my sales agent and told me about the vehicle condition over the phone. Seeing the vehicle there it was just as he had described. No surprises or any issues. Paperwork was efficient and I got a temporary tag and on the road. I would recommend to go there and check out new or used.
Bought a used truck some about 10yrs ago. I traded strait up for my vehicle at the time and was told the truck just need the rotors turned by their mechanic. Find out it was a bent axle. Well sucked it up and just wrote it off because I should have got it checked out by someone else even know they never respond to all my phone calls about the issue.Now went back and found a very well maintained truck 2015 F150 Lariat this time looked it up and down in and out this time and was happy with the price. Trade wasn't go great but then again its used so I can't complain because I didn't hafta sell my self. My first trip the salesman was shady and hes not there anymore. I gave them 4 stars because of the first salesman. When it come to this place of business it is all in the balance of the salesmen. It can go either way but as a group their a solid 4 if not higher. I would recommended them but of course stride with caution on who you talk to and take your time looking at everything.

Drove over four hours south from Chicago to trade in my existing car and purchase a truck from this dealership. Well worth the drive. Very friendly staff “not” pushy at all. Great selection of trucks, straight forward with pricing. They did not stack incentives or rebates. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
Advertise great prices, But bring trade in to the table and give 5k less than what avg trade is on any consumer website and they admit it. They also said fair retail on my truck was 7k more than they were willing to give me. They said it was because they were dropping the price of their truck so much (advertised price). So Someone can walk in and get that advertised price with no trade, but someone who brings them a vehicle to trade pays for it? Great bait and switch type tactic. Make you feel good about sale price then hose you on trade in, either way mo money in their pockets. Were pleasant to talk to but cant understand their logic. But hey, thats why there are so many dealerships. Glad I found one that will make it happen!
