Very good service and the place is clean .
This Dairy Queen does (what seems like) a pretty high volume of business for being located in such a small town. Despite this, the service remains speedy and friendly.
The food is Dairy Queen food, which means that it's pretty darn good, but at Nashville Dairy Queen, what makes the experience a very good one, in my estimation, is the staff.
Good food. Good staff.
Most people at some point in there lives have been to Dairy Queen. But you probably haven't been to Nashville's. They have a great staff, friendly environment, delicious food, outside seating for those nice days. Or even on those rainy days when you don't want to get out of the house. Don't Worry Dairy Queen delivers. I've been eating here for years and many more to come.
My guess at the reason for the good service is that the owners/manager, a brother and sister, seem to honestly lead their team from the front. In many restaurants, the owners and managers don't want to be involved, or they just stay in the back and work on the books, or worst of all, their involvement amounts to meddling and makes the job of the employees harder. That does not seem to be the case here, and I often see the pair of them working with and actively leading their employees.
Typically, when a restaurant is mostly staffed by teens and young adults, one might expect apathy, unfriendliness or poor service, and that does not seem to be the case here.
Always GREAT Service. Food is consistent and staff is friendly. Store stays clean even though it is almost always busy.
I am a regular guest at this DQ, and with two young, ice cream junkie children, that probably won't change any time soon. The service experience at Nashville Dairy Queen makes the prospect of coming back over and over again a pleasant one.
